Prime rib sandwich had way more gristle and chewy bits than I would have expected. Also for a toasted sandwich, it was barely warm. My friend loves this sandwich so maybe I just got a random bad one. The broccoli cheese soup was decent, though it had very little broccoli. Staff was nice though and it looked clean.

It's confusing to order a new person coming into the shop but, the food was quite delicious. The sandwiches are warm and fresh with really a good selection of toppings. The place had a nice feel to it and welcoming. The Italian was my favorite and was good with the thin sliced pickles.

Excellent sandwiches and a clean restaurant. I normally order through the app and have no problem picking up my order upon arriving at the restaurant. Some have commented on the inattentiveness of the staff. I do know the place gets busy around lunch, but that has never created a problem for me personally.

Very tasty sandwiches and professional staff. The dining room has a very old world feel to it with turned wood railings and furniture. I really enjoyed my time here. One unexpected thing is that for me the doors were very difficult to open I think because they had very powerful air exchange and cooling... Or Maybe I'm just weak! got to get into the gym more often I suppose.
