Potbelly

I hate to say it but this is the worst Potbelly restaurant I have ever been to. I waited about 10 min to pay because the manager was on her phone most of the time texting and then packing an order. Until finally the guy who did my sandwich came to charge me and scrape the last cup of soup in the container. To top it off I went back to mention that a piece of a plastic bag was in my sandwich the manager finished charging a customer and quickly ran to the back completely ignoring me to never come back again. I told the 1st sandwich guy about it. He said can you tell the manager she is right there I said no she flew to the back she is gone. I just wanted to let them know I got a piece of plastic in my sandwich. Seems like she only caters to the white customers to be honest. I can only imagine

A place where sandwiches are delicious. It's great for quick lunch. I'm glad there's no tip. Haha. I enjoyed the chicken salad a lot. The lettuce was not that fresh but overall it was delicious!

Fresh New Flavor Grilled Chicken salad sandwich was yum. Enjoyed very much, ordered 2 same sandwich to go. 1 blueberry muffin new flavor cookie too.

Not gonna lie, I was felt really nervous while waiting in line, check out all that. But my sandwich though. I got the wreck with mustard and italian seasoning (plus a pickle on the side) and I dont know if its because i was starving but THIS IS SO WORTH IT. IF YOU ARE HUNGRY IN OAKBROOK CENTER, COME HERE.

The restaurant wasn't very busy. Food was made fast and hot. I had the Mama's Meatball sub. It was good but nothing too special. The place is decorated nicely. I was impressed with the amount of drink options they had. The restaurant also has bathrooms and places you can charge your phone.
