Potbelly

Ordered a Big Italian, paid for extra cheese to be on it. This is what I was given...also had another big Italian in the order where they forgot to put any toppings on it.

I went in today and got a wreck. It was amazing. The perfect amount of toppings, service was fast and Luke and Christina were super friendly. I'm very happy.

They were so awesome when my wife and I found out the gender of our child via milkshake flavors! The two staff members were incredibly nice and made it feel like an even more special occasion 😀

Horrible preparation of Mediterranean Veg sandwiches. These were cold with black looking feta cheese and the stuffing I had chosen was incorrect. Also sugar cookies were missing in my order. We had to miss lunch due to such poor service.

I love Potbelly locations, I had great food always. Today I used doordash delivery services from Westland location, and my sandwich was like a joke, probably one spoon of chicken salad, a burned and wet bread, lots of lettuce. Very different of what I expect in a chicken salad sandwich, it supposed to be a skinny, but definitely this was skinnier of what I expected. Very dissatisfied with this location and the lack of care of the person who prepared my chicken sandwich today. Hoping they race the standards of workers or management.
