Potbelly

I visited Baltimore, Maryland wanted a quick bite... stopped by Potbelly Sandwich Shop. First time at the sandwich shop. The place is clean and organized. The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive. I ordered a skinny chicken sandwich combo. Comes with a drink and chips. My friend ordered the PB&J sandwich with a drink. The chicken sandwich was tasty with all the fixins. The place has a variety of goodies on the menu besides sandwiches. Potbelly has shakes and cookies. The place is spacious. So, plenty of seating. Bathroom available Potbelly is located in a plaza, so plenty of parking. Prices are affordable Kid-friendly

Got there at opening and apparently, they have 2 doors. This was my first time at this location, so I didn't know. a few minutes past opening I tried to open the door, which was locked, so I waited outside. Someone finally came to open the door, but apparently the other door (side door) was already open. The older lady making the sandwiches was rude. I would describe her as someone who talks more than she listens and then assumes the customer's order for them. She spoke too fast and seemed to be rushing me. I got my food later than I had expected as well. I was the first one in the store followed by another. I ordered my sandwich and salad. The other person ordered I think 2 subs. He got his food before me, okay that's fine, but then took another 5 minutes or so to get my food. Total tim

I'm a pilot and I flew into BWI and checked into a hotel nearby. I did not have a rental car so I had to find something that I could walk to to eat. I walked about a half mile to Potbelly, because I had had good luck with them in the past. I arrived at 8:05 and placed my order at 8:10. I knew the closing time was 9:00. I ordered 2 cups of soup, a fountain drink, and asked for an Oreo milkshake. The guy taking my order (I think his tag said Gi) told me that they don't make milkshakes after 8:00 p.m. I was disappointed because that's the main reason I decided to go to Potbelly. Interestingly, as I sat and ate my soup, I heard him blending two milkshakes after that. I was just very disappointed in this young man. I normally have a great experience every time I come here, but this last visit I had was not good. I did a pickup order, which included a fountain drink, so I needed to open my bag and take out the cup. Cup was not even in my bag. Ask an employee for a cup, that's all solved, I leave and realized cheese was put on my sandwich even though I requested no cheese, my chips and cookie that I paid for are nowhere to be found. Not a happy camper.

My “turkey avo” sandwich was not evenly prepared. I would’ve appreciated more of the onions I requested. This is because I love onions. The staff seem very nice. I was given the incorrect bottle of tea.
