Lovely staff! I was doing a pick-up order today and had a bit of a chili spill. Everyone was so attentive and helpful! They remade the sandwich impacted by the chili spill quickly and were friendly and it was much appreciated
My first time at Potbelly was On January 30, 2026. I decided to tryout the chicken bacon wrap and let me tell you! IT WAS FINGER LICKING GOOD!!!!! I will definitely be eating there more frequently now!!!
Went in here for a quick meal when it wasn't busy just one other guy in there 2 sandwichs and a strawberry shake. Ended up waiting over a half hour as we watched the staff goof off and laugh when asking for my order for the third time. Maybe one guy who was actually doing his job at a decent pace
I should have read the reviews on this location before choosing to spend my money here. I ordered a BIG Sicilian(Italian+meatball marinara) with Italian seasoning and Onions only to then commute 45 minutes home to Indiana and find that I was only given a meatball marinara and they didn’t even add the toppings I asked for and instead gave me a copious amount of mushrooms. I’ll never be returning to this location.
Waited for 30 minutes for our meal. Chips were not in bag, no chicken in the chicken salad. There were 2 other customers.
