Potbelly

This place makes an amazing sandwich. A few different friend groups had mentioned this place so I gave it a shot. Wasn't disappointed. My vegetarian wife really enjoyed that option as well. There was a milkshake on the menu too, so really didn't have a choice there...it was great too.

Very disappointing experience at Potbelly. I ordered an Italian sub and another sandwich, and both arrived with just meat—no lettuce or other toppings included. Apparently, you have to click a hidden customize button and manually add each topping individually, which isn't clear when ordering. The subs were also tiny, about 8 inches, yet cost $14 each. Definitely not worth the price for what you get. The sweet heat pork was tiny and disgusting. Look at the image. Is that even a 3 inch sub?

Great flavor on the Italian sandwich, just a little smaller in size than I expected for first time visit and not a bigger option available. Lost star for less than eager customer service for a brand new place, however, will give them another shot soon as many friends love this chain. Heads up... parking lot was packed at lunch, nowhere to park.

Someone without a brain decided to change the Mac and cheese and it looks like slop. It also has some strange, white, gross looking sauce on it with SOY! People are allergic to SOY. Why don't you add a new item and leave the other Mac and cheese on the menu? Not going back there again!!

Updating my review because I ordered doordash again from this restaurant 40 minutes until close, I've worked in food 12 years and I still cook while getting people coming in 2 minutes till close but always make the food to quality standards. the sandwhich I received was disgraceful and I won't be ordering from here for a long time if ever again. I ordered the Italian and I was beyond disappointed and dissatisfied.
