If I could give zero stars I would. Order a salad for delivery and was given an OLD PREMADE salad with brown, wilted lettuce. This is terrible service to paying customers. Too often establishments take delivery orders as an opportunity to get rid of low quality products because customer isn’t present to dispute it. DO BETTER!

Do NOT eat here. Cockroach found inside broccoli cheddar soup at 7:30pm last night. Girlfriend ate it and threw up causing me to throw up. This place needs to be shut down. Corporate needs to call me and offer major compensation. I will never eat Potbelly again.

Bree was so nice on the phone and even better in person. She literally made my night. Please keep this woman and pay her more. Food was also amazing

I’ve been to this location twice - the first time I didn’t like it too much but I love the soup, so I came the second time and still only cared for the soup. today I decided to try a new order so I called into this location and asked to place a pick up order, she asked to put me on a brief hold, which I said OK; lasted almost 10 minutes. I hung up and called again. trying to place my order She told me that she is too busy to help me with that and I will just have to go online and put it in myself.

Delicious little sandwiches that are hot and toasted. The hots spread is a signature must on any one of these yummy morsels. The cookies are baked fresh daily, and the milkshakes are pretty spot on. I would have given them 5 stars, BUT the manager acted as if I was hasling her when I walked in to order food at 1030 in the AM.
