I ordered my lunch at 6pm and it was supposed to arrive in 28 minutes - it arrived at 6:55pm. When I attempted to eat my BLTA sandwich, the bacon was raw and the broccoli and cheddar soup was cold. When I contacted the store to let them know what my issue was, I was told that the store was closing and they placed me on hold and never returned. This is my second time ordering from the location and yet again, I am disappointed as well as disgusted because I bit into a raw bacon sandwich 🤢🤬

Great staff. Great price. They recommended the Voodoo chips which were very tasty. Did great with the toppings. Got the turkey combo which was awesome.

Potbelly is hands-down my favorite sandwich spot. The food is consistent, fresh, and always prepared with care. I order the Italian on white, skinny, works, no onions, and it’s perfect every time. The team here makes the difference. Huge shoutout to Julian, Angel, Brit, Dylan, and Nolan for their friendly energy, attention to detail, and great service. They always greet you with a smile and make you feel like a regular. If you want a great sandwich made by people who actually care, this is the place. 100% recommend.

I ordered via Doordash and while eating my sandwich I felt something odd. Pulled a 3 inch piece of cling wrap out of my mouth. So awful. I reported to Doordash but called the store to report it for SAFETY reasons assuming they care about their guests swallowing plastic from their food. The manager on duty just said "sorry about that, you'll have to get a refund from Doordash"... The refund isn't the problem. I reiterated to them that I was calling to notify them for SAFETY reasons and they just said "oh... Sorry about that" so clearly it's not a big priority. I expected an acknowledgement that that is unsanitary and dangerous.

Grabbed a sandwich here 1/13/26. Food was good and served warm, as expected from Potbelly. Service, on the other hand, was served cold. Food just doesn’t taste as good when a cashier leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Would I come here again? Probably— but only because it’s Potbelly and I like their food. If I peak in and see the same staff, Shake Shack across the street will win the day.
