Potbelly

First timer... Might be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had (Italian). I had a bite of the meatball sandwich too which was excellent. Thin bread about that would actually make an exceptional NY style pizza crust. Great flavor, tender, but doesn't fall apart when soaked with dressing. The chicken pot pie soup was definitely the best I've ever tasted anywhere. Had a unique hint of a custard flavor. Also had great service and nice atmosphere. I really wish this was a nationwide chain. But then it probably wouldn't be as good.

The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me. Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably.

I personally love this place! The staff are just amazing and they couldnt be any nicer! The location itself is very well kept and clean, of course offering a variety of things to see on the wall, the all around fun decor, and also the music, always a plus! The sandwiches are always great and made in a timely fashion. I most definitely recommend the location and the sandwiches!

Absolutely Love this place ! I have been to this location s few times now, and everytime I go the food is phenomenal not to mention how nice and helpful the staff are. The Manager that helped me the last couple times ive been in ( curly dark hair w/ glasses) Sorry, I forgot her name...is hands down The Nicest and Warmest person , Potbelly is so blessed to have her ! I am definitely a forever customer now .

Strawberry shake was delish. Turkey sandwich also good. I like that Potbelly decorates for the local schools and teams. The person who rang up a second order kept their plastic gloves on when taking money so that's why an average rating on service. Gloves for food prep should be removed when handling register.
