Today was my scheduled Saturday lunch rotation for our team of about 30+ people. As I do every time, I placed an order for sandwiches for 30 people along with two tubs of chili. Overall, the food itself was great. However, the order was missing several key items that should have been included. We did not receive any chili bowls, shredded cheese, or chopped onions. Because of this, our team had to eat the chili out of styrofoam cups, without any toppings, which was disappointing and not what we paid for. I wasn’t planning on reaching out, but at the end of the day, we didn’t receive everything included with our order. Sandwiches are normally good here- just do not order catering or you’ll be left hungry the rest of the day.

Tried the Mediterranean sandwich at Potbelly, and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients, great flavor, and perfectly toasted. The place has a cool vibe, and the staff was friendly. Definitely coming back!

Place is nice, but nothing beats a jet2 holiday more than finding a straight up insect in my avo-turkey. Gotta love it

Don't bother coming to this location. Your time and money will be better spent going to the dulles 28 potbelly instead. The people at this location don't even know how to make a proper sandwich that is not soggy and not falling apart and drowning in sauce by the time you get it. If you want a soggy excuse of a sandwich that is drowning in sauce, this is the place to go.
