Porto Pizza

I know it all comes down to preference sometimes when it comes to the perfect slice… But I’ll still say with confidence that this is the best slice on the island. Absolute perfect pies. Here is my mushroom sausage hot honey slice!

Good slice shop convenient to the ferry terminal in Vineyard Haven. I had a couple specialty slices, which are listed above the registers. Both were solid: wide and flat and a little greasy. Vaguely NY style, no char. There's no interior seating, but there are picnic tables nearby. A parking lot serves this pizzeria among other businesses, and has bathrooms that close in the mid afternoon. The lot has plenty of parking spaces much of the time, but on busy ferry days (probably summer weekends) spaces are scarce. I visited while someone else sat in the car at the ferry terminal before our departure.

By far the best pizza on Martha’s Vineyard. Hands down. That is all you really know. If you like fresh pies and slices, this crust, no flop and a boisterous, hilarious, charismatic staff THIS IS THE PLACE! Porto is worth a trip to the island all on its own! You don’t want to miss out!

Porto pizza is by far my favorite pizza on Martha’s Vineyard! The sauce is flavorful the crust is perfect and the ratio of toppings to sauce is balanced so your slice is never soggy! Not over greasy either! Been going here for years and my husband has been going his whole life!

Stopped here for a quick slice of pizza while in the area. I thought that the pizza was really good and it was nice that they had outdoor seating available. If you get off the ferry, this is only a 2 min walk!
