Aquila at the Y Cafe - Smoothies & Acai

An awesome experience!! First of all, this place is so easy to access! Lots of good parking for this inviting little cafe in the public area of the beautiful YMCA building!! We tried the egg sandwich and an acai bowl! So Delicious! Great portions and the staff was so welcoming and attentive! We also had their cold brew and a latte… delicious island roasted blend! What a treat! Definitely worth checking this place out!! I didn’t even know the Y allowed folks into the building to their cafe without being a member, but it was easy peasy and so welcoming! Thanks Aquila! We will be back for sure!!

As a team, we love hitting Aquila at the Y after workouts. The espresso drinks are consistently excellent: smooth and balance! and when we need something more substantial, the chocolate protein shake is our go-to: cold, rich, and genuinely satisfying without feeling heavy. Service is quick and friendly, the space is bright and clean, and it’s easy to grab-and-go between meetings. Reliable quality, fair prices, and friendly staff, Aquila at the Y is our post-workout fuel-up spot!

As a personal trainer at the YMCA, Aquila is my go-to spot. The breakfast bowls are fresh and filling, the smoothies are perfect post-workout, and the coffee never disappoints. The vibe is great, and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend checking them out!

It’s been some of the best food that I’ve had in a while. As someone who’s lived on the island my whole life and gone to pretty much every single restaurant this still remains one of the bests and my personal favorite. The service is excellent and the food is just as good. I was only mad i don’t have anymore money to buy more.
