We had our wedding at the Popponesset Inn and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! From the moment we booked, the staff went above and beyond to make our day stress-free and unforgettable. Our coordinator, Kelly, was incredible- organized, attentive, and so warm. She anticipated every need before we even had to ask, and made sure everything ran seamlessly. The food was phenomenal- our guests are still raving about it! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. From the passed apps to the entrées, everything exceeded our expectations. And of course, the location itself is unbeatable. Very disappointed with my experience here. I have loved The Popponesset since I was a child, and my parents got married here in the 80s. I wanted to host my bridal shower here, as it is a special place to me. The event coordinator was rude and unpleasant on multiple occasions. It was shocking how rude she was to both me (the bride) and my guests, and multiple people made comments to me about her attitude. Additionally, while the tent is a beautiful venue, it needs work. It looks a bit run down. We were told there would be basic updates before the shower (such as painting over the rust in the tent, fixing the crooked/broken lamp post out front), but nothing was done. The vibe of the Inn and the beautiful tent is truly magical. The venue, located right on the beach in Mashpee, MA, offers a stunning, unique setting that’s hard to beat. As you move through the building and step into the tent, the view is absolutely breathtaking—everyone who sees it for the first time is completely blown away by the beauty. With its beach access just steps away from your ceremony/reception location, The Popponesset Inn is a clear favorite for holding a Cape Cod wedding. This Mashpee wedding venue is such a dream to photograph at from its beautiful tented area to the sandy beach for stunning seaside portraits. We got married here in July 2021 and it will always be one of our most favorite days. First of all Jennifer Perry is an angel on earth. She helped us every step of the way and ended up becoming a dear friend. We worked together for almost 2 years since we ended up having to postpone our wedding originally planned for LDW 2020 due to covid. It was a time filled with a lot of unknowns and our only constant was Jennifer. In the end everything worked out wonderfully and we along with our guests had the absolute best time. Not only did we work closely with Jennifer on the planning but on the actual day of the wedding, Jennifer literally helped with everything. She assisted the bar, helped with the table set up, helped with my veil, and made sure everything was set up exactly how her and I discu
