Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

By far the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Had to throw our spicy chicken sandwich out. Stay away if possible. Would go to any of the other 10 fast food places had I known what I would be dealing with here. 0/10 rating if it was possible to do so.

the cashier up front was very disrespectful to me. the cashier cursed @ me, thger on duty did nothing. the cashier had no customer service @ all threw my chicken in the box a piece of chicken hanging out of the box.the cashier knew who to disrespect & who not to. that was the worse experience @ poyeyes of thomson

I went to this location today and the parking lot was trashy,which should of been my first warning, and I went inside to an awful smell and I still ordered but as I was waiting for the food the more I looked around the worse it got. Absolutely disgusting I spent almost $12 and wouldn't even take a sip of my drink much less eat the food. It all got trashed.

The woman working up front today pretty much igirned me. Took me almost 45 minutes to get my order. They don't have names tags on.

Thomson location is terrible! The “cooks” are too busy playing and not paying attention to the orders. Had to get a refund cause they never cooked my order! Only good thing I can say is the lady at the front counter was very nice and apologetic. She needs to work at a better place…
