Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes has a consistent food quality and is always filling. We went in a Friday to try their fish selection. We had a regular fish sandwich, the spicy fish sandwich and the fried shrimp box. All were cooked well and the portions were good. The fish is bigger than the bun and the spicy fish sandwich had good heat from the sauce that they use. The mashed potatoes were great and had a good ratio of potatoes to gravy. We ordered a 6 piece biscuit box and they never disappoint. The biscuits have a crunchy exterior and soft interior. The food came out very quick and they had everything on the menu. I did have to go back and ask for forks, napkins and ketchup. It's a little disappointing to have to go back up and ask for these things especially when the location was not busy at all. All

Poor management, the guy that works day shift moves extra slow with attitude so rude. Not fixing food properly. And now I’m here and they won’t open the door and it’s 10:45 AM. Need a whole new morning staff!!

I won’t be returning to Popeyes. The workers in this Popeyes are super incompetent. Regardless of what I order guaranteed it’ll be wrong. I’ve ordered spicy chicken and have received mild, I’ve stated dark meat only and they still add white meat. I’ve requested ketchup for my fries only for it to not be included. And not to mention the food is cold. Customer service is non existent. As soon as one walks in to place an order or ordering through drive through the attitude is combative. I understand working with the public can be frustrating. There are people who want to cause as much misery to others as possible and even cost them their jobs. I get it, but I’m not one of those people. There were only one instances where the workers went above and beyond for me and I appreciate them. Unfor

I don't celebrate Christmas, so I looked for a place on Uber Eats to order some food. This Popeye's was listed as open, so I placed an order, which was accepted. About a half hour later my order was canceled, and I assumed it was just because they couldn't find a delivery person. So I went directly to the Popeye's app and placed a pickup order. Again, it was accepted. I walked into the store about 5 minutes later, to find an employee telling me that they were closed. Confused, I said that I was just picking up an online order, and again she snapped that they were closed. I'm not sure why the door was unlocked, or why there was an employee there, or why they were accepting online orders if they were supposedly closed???

Decided to give the popeyes fish sandwich a try considering how highly regarded it was. The presentation alone of the sandwich is sad and dull. Just bread, fish, two pickles and whatever scrapings of stuff is with the pickles. Ordered fries and when looking in the deepest part of the bag there they were. I can see why they were at the bottom of the bag because they were colder than a polar vortex. Lastly I decided to add a popeyes biscuit because I remembered how they had one of the best in business. Unfortunately the biscuit I was served must of escaped out of the warmer because it was you guessed it cold.
