Popeyes is always a treat. This was especially tasty as it was fresh right out of the fryer. We tried their new fried pickles, which were extremely tasty.
In the Southcenter mall (October 16th, 2024) , I decided to try the Popeyes over there. I got the Ghost Pepper chicken sandwhich with and bacon and cheese combo with a Mango lemonade drink. The sandwich was spicy enough but a bit salty but hey that's just fried chicken in general so it was solid. The drink was very tasty and a bit on the sweeter side but still very good. You can't go wrong with Cajuns fries (it's a classic). The cashier and staff was nice and quick with my order so nothing much to say about that. All I have to say is that Popeyes still slaps in the chicken fast food department (Especially the spicy chicken related stuff) in 2024 so a W for Popeyes.
i got the fnaf freddy deluxe meal. after i ordered and waited a while, told me there was no cheesy bites, no fnaf cupcake. and just gave me a cheesecake and some tenders for that. after i left, i realized they didnt give me sauce. im upset, what was the point of even buying that meal?
I like the Popeyes restaurant at Southcenter Mall. The workers there are great and I like to eat there every once in a while. At least I don’t have to drive the other way around to go to other Popeyes location.
Everything was decent quality but it was a little bit weird to see the staff not really being representative of the community it’s in or representative of the people who mainly eat at Popeyes or who pioneered the cuisine- I am used to Popeyes being more than just a meal it is usually an experience I am glad it is a Southcenter mall it is more convenient but the vibe is a little bit off I hope they have a long stent at Southcenter and I wish them the best I just hope to see a more diverse workforce that may be more representative of the people who eat there and possibly more representative other people in our community
