Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We used to eat here all the time. Ordered spicy chicken breast. These last 3 weeks they have been out of spicy breast. Don't even have them. That's not right. Going some other place Tried it again today and we got our spicy chicken breasts! Popeyes is soooo much better than the chicken across the street Thank you 😊

This Popeyes location always seems to get your orders wrong, and the afternoon staff need to be better trained. Their communication and active listening skills are sadly lacking. The manager is a decent and hardworking guy, and his staff in the earlier shifts seem more knowedable and friendlier than the afternoon crew. So kudos to the morning crew and manager. Now, back to the food: The macaroni looked and tasted awful. It was dry and was not creamy, possibly overcooked, too. The chicken is rarely appealing or tasty. Its color is off, too. It always comes out looking too dark and brown (over cooked) possibly because it definitely does not come out a crispy light in color and lacks its past buttery flavor. The chicken tastes like it is now soaked and cooked in vegetable oil. I'

This Popeyes is much better than the other one. Even if corporate doesn't give 2 ships about customer service, at least the staff in this establishment are nice and made up for the bad experience I had at the other location. I got decent portions and they gave me an extra sauce with no pushback. I also managed to get both of my coupons honored.

Ordered a 12 piece spicy order tonight. It had 5 legs, 3 wings and 4 thighs. Very disappointed...if they were out of breasts they could have been honest and just asked if they could charge for thighs and legs.

The service was good, but the food was completely terrible. Chicken was burnt, greasy like the fryer oil was bad. Dark brown and too hard/crunchy. The mac and cheese was soggy and gross, and the biscuit was even only somewhat good. Overall the food I ordered was nearly completely unedible. I won't go back to this location
