Careful when paying cash. Seems that the male who put my order in did not actually put it in the computer. Told me it was 5 dollars more than it should have been. I told him the price is incorrect, then had to wait for him to actually put my order in, then the total showed up for me to pay. Had I not caught this, they would have been able to take an extra 5 cash for himself. Sketchy. Very talkative crew, but not to customers.

Put in a mobile order 20 min before picking up, get to the location and then am told that spicy chicken is a 15 min wait, mind you walking in they had no chicken in the racks. They started making my order and chicken once I got there. When did you notice you didn't have bone in chicken???? More worried about servicing friends in the lobby instead of filling out orders. Whoever does the hiring needs to be fired themselves as they have no eye for talent.

Unfortunately I have gone to this location multiple times and somehow it manages to get worse EVERY TIME! The service is horrible, workers are extremely slow and do whatever they can expect work. The last 2 times I have gone in my orders where not ready and while I waited employees chose to either walk away and text or just blatantly take phone calls while at the counter. That's not including the multiple health code violations I witnessed including using cell phones with and without gloves on while handling orders and money in-between with absolutely NO hand washing (Notice the phone on front woman and the woman behind her picking up food with no gloves on...she just rang a customer out, turned and started grabbing food). Unbelievably horrible service.

I ordered a family meal deal... Went to get a refund girl kept my receipt said they couldn't give a refund said you would give me a deal I ended up getting four boxes of shrimp because they charged me for 15 pieces of tenders that I didn't want and they couldn't get my money back and she kept my receipt so like I ended up spending money I didn't have or wanted nobody spoke English it was just not a good experience but the food was good I did my best to speak Spanish but it's not my first speaking language

Waited 10 minutes for a four piece spicy dark combo. Politly asked how much longer (I get it, service industry sucks) the manager in the green shirt gave me a bunch of attitude and said six more minutes. Then allegedly both the men and women's room bathrooms were out of service even though there were no signs... the overall environment was super dirty. Chicken was tasty, when I finally got it... Regular not spicy..
