Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Young women working drive up at 415pm was more worried a our visiting the truck in the parking lot repeatedly then doing her job. Hints the very long wait after parking. Then no sauces delivered with food had to go back in where same young women got an attitude when we asked for sauce and still never got off her cell phone and as I write theis review from parking lot she is back outside on cell phone again hitting her weed vape pen. Please do better who ever managea this store. For the love of God.

Showed up at 8pm on a Wednesday night and it was a literal circus. Placed the order and paid. Was then told missing some off the product. Allowed substitution. 15 minutes later more substitutions. 30 minutes in total was told no bone in Spicy chicken in the restaurant. Ask for a refund and was told refunds are not given. Kindly explained that food was ordered and paid for and never received. A manager finally showed up and provided a refund. Never again!

Staff was rude and the slowest I have ever experienced in a drive thru situation. After being told to pull out of the drive thru and park so there timer did t go off. Was the first mistake I made what the timer is I assume is how long you wait. There were already 5 cars waiting for their food. I started this review After pulling forward and waiting 8 minutes I started writing this review. Let’s assume I’m a slow writer. So you get the picture. It’s now going on 11 minutes and still nothing. I don’t know what ruse to say other than I’m not sure it’s worth it. I finally got my food. Fries are cold and chicken like earn and soggy crust. Oh well only took what 25 minutes. I guess over all that acceptable to Popeyes. I disagree but who am I. Just the customer

We came through just a few minutes ago and got a mobile order. The food was fresh and super yummy! We don't have a popeyes near us, so we were happy to find one on our way back home from our Christmas vacation. Employees were nice and food couldn't have been any better!

Food is never fresh! If you want fresh good, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. No lie! One of the employees had sores/cuts on her hand. Gross! You must use a blue bandage on open cuts/sores and put food safety gloves on. Unacceptable! I will not be back at this location!
