Full Octave Coffee Roasters

I met the wonderful producers of Full Octave Coffer Roasters at the farmers market in Springfield, MO. They spent plenty of time with me discussing their coffee and the pride that goes into each bag. The Moccamaster coffee maker is great, however it is temperamental on grind size to produce the perfect cup. I have found very few coffees that have been perfect, not bitter, not sour, just right. The Sumatra ground with Fellow Ode Gen2 at 8.2 using 55 grams per 1L seems to be the ticket. Great black coffee and wife enjoys it as well iced with a touch of creamer. If anyone else can share their blend and settings that would be great. Thanks again for a wonderful coffee experience!!!

I recently bought an espresso machine which required fresh roasted non-oily beans. I found Full Octave on Google. The home delivery was fast & the person who delivered them was very nice. I ordered the espresso & bourbon barrel aged sumatra, which tasted like bourbon. They smelled amazing before I opened the package! I will NEVER order beans from anyone else. Worth every penny. I saw a post about the charge for the local delivery. It’s a great service and NOT expensive so I don’t mind it. It beats standing in line at a grocery store during flu season!

I started ordering coffee beans from Full Octave last year and I am so impressed with the service and the product. Every bag of coffee has been recently roasted and my family and I love the coffee. The only problem is that I have to order coffee more often than I used to because everyone loves the coffee more than products I used in the past. 5 stars is not enough.

I discovered Full Octave at the farmers market in Springfield a couple months ago. Every bag I have tried has been top notch. The Nicaragua blend is probably our favorite so far. Very smooth, and you catch all the different notes of the coffee. Always freshly roasted, good service, and friendly people.

The espresso blend is amazing and the owners are so kind. The first time I bought from them, they went out of the way to accommodate me and were very knowledgeable. Delivery is always fast and this is the only place I get beans from.
