I order the Texas Fajita. The meat was far too dry. The shrimp was overcooked, and one piece looked burnt. The rice tastes like grass. $20+ for this meal was not worth it at all. The cheese dip portion was really small for $9. Same with the guacamole for $8. I won't order here again.
Heard about Mundos from an acquaintance from work. Tried it for the first time and on Valentine's Day at that. Let me just say it surpassed our expectations all the way around. The food was great and our server Azure was awesome and even recommended several entrees and took the time to explain what was in them as well as the flavor profile. We had the Patacon which we highly recommend trying. It was just the way it was described. We also recommend trying the guacamole you could tell it was freshly made with chunks of avocado instead of just mashed avocado. As for prices they fit just about any budget and you get more than enough for the cost. Their menu even has a vegetarian option for several entrees.
Nice atmosphere, clean restaurant and restrooms. Food was served fresh and quickly. Prices were a little high, and cheese dip was not as pictured, but dinner portions were good. We went in early at 4pm so it wasn't bust at all, only 2 other tables during visit, but both adults sat without drinks over 10 minutes. Servers were professional, but not necessarily 'friendly' although some diners prefer that! All 5 of us, ages 1 - 92 found something to eat, vegetarian options as well.
Great new addition to Ozark! We ordered takeout on a Sunday, and it was ready quickly and was piping hot still when we got home. The place looks really nice and clean and is nicely decorated. The gal working the front was very friendly. As for the food, it was delicious! The jalapeno poppers had great flavor and were perfectly crispy. I got the Chimi-Burrito with steak, and it was great. We also got the Burrito Loco with steak, and it was great too. Nicely flavored. It was a great experience, and we'll be back!
NO FREE CHIPS AND SALSA Guacamole had no flavor but ingredients were fresh I asked for limes and added salt to it. Garlic salt tastes better though. Plantains were bomb I have never had them before. I had fajitas. They were ok equal to other restaurants.
