Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Grand opening of new Popeyes on West 4th. Used to be old an Duane Reade years back. Redeemed one of the offers via the app without issue in-store. Staff was nice and friendly. Fast service. Food was nice and fresh as I got fries, tenders, cole slaw and two biscuits. I didn't get to see how it looked upstairs though.

I had a great experience at Popeyes a few weeks ago thanks to two amazing staff members! As they were closing, they kindly gave me a bunch of extra chicken wings, and it totally made my night. Their generosity and friendly attitude really stood out. Moments like these remind me why I love coming here—great food and even better service. Big thanks to the team for going above and beyond!

i’m so happy with my order today. i had mentioned i was going to be traveling a little fare and asked if they could pack it up better for me as a delivery package and he agreed to double bag and make sure everything was in there. the service was a ten out of ten!

I spend to eat this Popeyes and then I asked a cup of water to get water from the machine and she refused me, by telling me that she doesn’t have water cups no more while there is cups seating behind her. This is sooooo bad for business. The manager needs to review the stuff and the way they treat customers. I payed for my food so I should be able to get at least Water from the machine which is top water.

Food was okay, what we expect from Popeyes, but the staff was not super kind. The atmosphere and the dining room was so cold. Chairs were messy, tables and floor dirty and let’s not talk about the restroom.
