The food is fine (not a good value for the prices, but good), but that's assuming they actually have what you want, which is almost never. To the manager: How many times do you have to run out of an item before you realize, "Hm, maybe we need to increase the amount we order from our supplier per week?" Do you even have basic reasoning skills? It is not difficult. I can give you a spreadsheet for how much of an item to order based on past sales and current stock - it will take me 5 minutes in Excel. This is not a new problem, it's been ongoing for YEARS, and clearly neither management nor the owner have any interest in fixing it, or any of the dozens of other problems at this store. - Drive-thru mic & speaker are ancient; they were already old and in need of replacement years ago. - I

Upon arriving I enter and see the woman coming to help me and she has a tight mad mug (face) I say hi..may I help you…no smile, no warmth..frigid.. inside my body I said yikes.. had I not been so hungry from eating 2 places earlier and having both SUCK (Dunkin and Panera (Groton).. so I tell her what I want… wings , red beans and rice and biscuit.. I ask is the chicken (spicy) my preference HOT…. Yes she says…lie.. because when I returned to the car and started eating that warm, wimpy, nasty chicken, barely any beans and rice in that cup and those nasty hard biscuits.. she had the nerve to pawn 2 out ..again YUKKY… I asked her name then , but she said she was one of the managers…Get an attitude adjustment and better customer service and quit lying about your nasty food!!! Cook fresh food a

As someone who has worked customer services for years one thing I cannot stand is bad customer service! I go to this location and have had this problem before but today just was horrible. The speaker was broken so I had to order at the window which is fine but when the lady at the window is wearing AirPods and not paying attention to me at all I’m going to have a problem, that’s insanely rude. I was asked to repeat myself over and over and even then I met her with patience and good manners, I even said thank you when receiving my food just for her to turn her back to me and walk away laughing with her coworker, we where the only people in line so it wasn’t busy there’s no excuse for this behavior, plus my wings where cold not even warm. Horrible service! Mid food! Outright disrespectful!

If I could have given this location zero stars, I would have. The absolute filthiest gast food restaurant I've ever been to. Not just a few, but EVERY table was covered in food and not cleaned. The soda machine was out of everything except regular Coke and the service was awful. I asked for the tables to be cleaned. Got no response. Asked again, nothing. Meanwhile, a worker sat at a booth on his phone for 20 min while I was asking!! I don't even want to know what the bathroom was like. I should have just walked out but I didn't notice all this until my food was ready.

I stopped at this Popeyes today for some lunch. First time here in quite a while… I went inside because I did not see a speaker for the drive-through. Once inside, I decided to use the restroom and that was the beginning of the end. I lifted the toilet seat and instantly started to gag and dry heave because there was human feces all over the bottom side of the seat. Absolutely disgusting. I went up to the front and was going to say something, but quickly realized there’s nothing I could say that was gonna make this OK, so I left. I will never go here again. Absolutely disgusting, worse Popeyes I have ever been to. Update/Next day: After seeing the quick and concerned reply from the management, along with some further consideration (allowing some time to get over the initial impact on my se
