I usually have a good experience here but this last time I went into the drive through and the sandwich I got had definitely been sitting of a couple hours the bun was soggy and so was the chicken. I had already gotten to my destination when I realized and I had to get back to work so I took a picture and tossed it hoping they would just make me a new one since I have the receipt and pictures. I called 2 days later and explained what happened, they didn’t even care to look at the time stamped picture or offer anything to make it right.

Over the years the visit could go either way, but 2 weeks ago I decided to try the snack wraps and the taste and quality of that with the fries is a total upgrade 🙌🏾 today was probably my 5th visit since then lol. The new crew is kind and doesn’t mind if you want your food fresh. Thank you.

If I literally could give zero stars I would. The Neptune/Asbury Popeyes has really gone downhill since seemingly new owners/management has taken over. On previous occasions staff were having fun, laughing and putting out a great product that was pretty close to being made with love. There was always a line to get in the place. Now no one goes there, the old staff and great manager are gone, and the food totally sucks. Ordered 2 items yesterday evening and when we got them home both items were completely wrong. Incredibly frustrating- it was never like that. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews- it’s definitely not what it once was. Such a shame because I really liked it there!! However I will never go back. Done.

I ordered fries, but they had a strong meat taste. It seems the same oil is being used for cooking meat and fries, and I wasn’t able to eat them because of the flavor. Please consider changing the oil more regularly or using separate oil for fries.

Over priced chicken. First when rung up it showed like $13 and then somehow $16 and now says $18 when I paid. A chicken sandwich and 2 sides . Mac was disgusting and sweet tea also . Wish I would've gone to canes instead. Waste of money. Go to McDonald's instead.
