I am a client of Coast Linen for the last three years and could not be happier with the service I receive. I operate a banquet hall / party venue and my clients make frequent last minute changes for linen colors and quantity ~Coast Linen always accommodates my requests and on numerous occasions saved me when I had last minute bookings and needed linens. Tony , my account representative, is always responsive to every request or question. He frequently stops by to make sure I am satisfied and makes calls to confirm the service is good. He is a real asset to Coast Linen and always addresses any concerns. Why am I writing this review? Because after 30 years in this business, it’s nice to find a solid company you can rely on that doesn’t nickle and dime you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been using Coast Linen Services for several years. In customer service, Dominga, Ashley & Lilliana can not be beat. They get the orders right every time. Tony in customer service does a great job in servicing our corporate account and letting us know in advance if he has any questions regarding our orders. The linen is always in immaculate condition and carefully prepared on hangers or wrapped in shrink wrap to ensure items never arrive dirty. Our delivery driver is Louie, and we couldn't ask for a more dedicated delivery person! He is polite, always willing to run through the order as he places the items in our possession. Coast linen is the ONLY linen company I will use .

I have used Coast linen Supply as my linen supplier for many years (formerly with ASAP, who merged with Coast post- covid) 5 stars is not enough to illustrate how professional & curteous this company's employees are! From Dominga & Lilliana & Ashley in customer phone service, to Tony, our customer care representative(for any issues, order details) and ( we can not forget) Louie, our (always on time) delivery person who is one of the sweetest guys, always with a smile. Coast gets 5 stars in the cleanliness of the product, the careful attention to packaging detail, the professional & polite agents and the immaculate condition of the linen. We will be working with Coast for many years to come.

We have been using Coast linen services at HAVEN Riverfront Restaurant & Bar for about 4 years now. It has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work with them since day one. Everything is always great quality from their Napkins to Kitchen uniforms, table cloths, floor mats and kitchen rags. We had a hard time finding a company that would provide us with the right washcloths that we use in our restrooms but they made it happen. Their deliveries are always on time. If we need to make any last minute changes they always make it work! Jeremy and James are always staying on top of our account and making sure we have everything we need. We highly recommend them. They are fantastic!
