Better than KFC in some ways, it would be better though if more of the staff where bilingual. You would probably get more business. I was staired at by other customers because I was not of their ethnicity and not everyone behind the counter understood me. My chicken well half of it didn't have skin on it, I had to go back for my biscuits and every time I asked for a manager I got blank stares. 🙃 I always am honest with these reviews. After spending upwards of $70. I would expect better.

Central location. It’s not crowded even around lunch hours. There’s short lineup in the drive through. Staff are friendly and they are very efficient. The chicken sandwich is hot and crispy. The size has been shrinking over these 2 years. The restaurant is disastrous and very clean. Remember to fill out the survey to get a 2-piece and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink. We will return.

Food can be hit or miss, but lately it’s mostly been miss. We go every Saturday and are consistently disappointed at the quality. We order ghost pepper wings and get home to see that they are the wrong flavor. The chicken sandwiches are 20% dried out chicken and 80% mayo. The one thing that has never changed is how poor the soda quality is, it definitely is not what they are advertising. Sprite is flavorless seltzer water and Dr.Pepper and Coke are so watered down you’d never know that’s what they were. Wendy’s across the street has been consistently good at least.

I like Popeyes fried chicken, but I noticed an issue when ordering for pickup. When I place a pickup order, the food seems to be prepared and packed much earlier, so by the time I arrive it has already become cold and hard. This is the second time this has happened to me. This happened to me at South Willow popeyes Manchester, New Hampshire

Asked for extra Mayonnaise and a Diet coke. (I prefer diet) because regular is WAY too sweet! The sandwich had the same amount of mayonnaise as it would have and they gave me regular coke! GAG! I even gave them a compliment that Popeyes was better than Cane’s chicken! Well, I guess I gotta give them a second chance lol Sorry!!
