Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The manager this afternoon is a complete mean person, my family loves Popeyes and we live right near this particular one. We seen her yelling, degrading and treating customers and fellow employees like garbage. Today my food was ready and when she saw it was mine she decided not to hand it to me until they finished fixing a mistake they made by not preparing the food on time for another customer. I smiled and left….because of the history I have of dealing with her I decided to never complaint to this manager that is always right. Popeyes let us enjoy you fully once again 😁

Food is always flavorful, but the size of the wings are too small, not filling. But if you're looking for a quick bite it's definitely a place to go.

26 minutes waiting for my order in the drive thru. Follow up: 31 minutes wait after she stated that it would take specifically 8 minutes without me asking. The food was cold. The person in line behind me got their food first, and their bag was bigger, so I got out and told them how long I had been waiting. She told me I was lying and that I could wait. When I said exactly what time the receipt said, she immediately handed me the bag. She pretended that I scratched her when I tool the bag. I will be asking for a refund, or my post patriots game routine will be somewhere else from now on

The Manager at the Place in Lynn, has to go. Very rude , unpleasant to all customers, yelling at Customers, no respect what;'s so ever. What KIND of people you're Employing? Were they are coming from? Are you for real? I will take to the next step, further investigation regarding in this matter.

This is the worst Popeyes location ever! They do not know how to efficiently work the nights. They make you wait 5 minutes at the speaker. They always forget food in the bag. They need to hire better employees. Please get all new employees, thanks.
