Mike and all the staff is fabulous! High energy and FUN environment. The shakes, teas, donuts and waffles are amazing. I highly recommend this place. I feel refreshed and energized after I have the teas. Not all of the Herbalufe shops make the drinks the same and the ones here not only look good. . They TASTE good! 👍 😋

Innergy it like my second home. Ruby and Mike has always make me feel welcome. In love with the protein waffles Cinnamon Toast Crunch. My ultimate favorite tea is Pink Starburst.

Delicious drinks with so much variety! I think I’ve tried just about every flavor and still haven’t tasted one I didn’t love! The owners are very knowledgeable and always friendly! They make you feel like family as soon as you enter! I HIGHLY recommend going in and giving them a try! You won’t regret it and your body will thank you 😊 I am also a member of their fitness classes and it’s been a huge game changer not only for my physical fitness, but also my mental health! You don’t get this kind of workout, support, or encouragement from any other gym or trainer! I will be a life long customer ⚡️

My friend and I visited Innergy over the weekend and had a really great experience. The moment we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and an engaging conversation with the team. They were friendly and thoroughly explained the ingredients and benefits of the teas we had ordered (Mood Ring & Cotton Candy). Very clean, nice, and modern space. Needless to say, we had a great experience and our teas were delicious. Highly recommend!

If I could describe this place is one word it would be community. Innergy Cafe & Fitness is so intentional about creating a safe space for folks to not only prioritize their overall wellness, but to just be. From the healthy snacks to the amazing workouts, this is truly one of my favorite places in the Greater Boston area.
