The girl behind the counter with short black hair has great customer service and is very polite. The food was great we got the new Pan pizza from PapaJohns! The food was hot and ready when we got there for our pick up. The restaurant was clean and well kept, definitely coming back

As I only eat “HALAL” I requested the pizza maker that keeps it clean. Manager approached me very professionally and explained that how they keep all toppings separate and don’t let them mix , like meats , vegetables and other toppings in a separate sections , And clean and separate pizza cutters. Ordered take out and was ready by the time I got there. Store was clean and spotless. Cheesey bread is so good. PapaJohn’s sauce is sweet and flavorful. I’m a new fan of this product and ordering online is so easy.

The staff is friendly and delivery is usually fast. most of the time my order shows up quickly and on time. Prices are pretty good too, especially compared to other pizza spots nearby. The pizza is exactly what you expect from Papa Johns fresh, consistent, and satisfying when you’re craving something quick. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot, especially for the price. Definitely one of the better chain pizza options in Lynn.
