They have the best, sweetest day manager at this Popeyes. Her name is Michelle. Always calls me by name when I’m there. Her crew members are also very nice too. I drive 30 minutes each way to eat there. My go to Popeyes. They are the best.
Don’t order the 1/4 lb shrimp! According to the employee, you only get one scoop which is NOT 1/4 lb (4oz)! False advertisement!
The service has recently been lacking. But today was definitely an exception there were different employees and they were all great and the food came out quick and or orders were correct.
Takes way too long to get a simple meal. Drive thru workers are rude. Do not recommend to anyone. No matter what your meal is they make you pull forward to wait for 30 mins.
Fast food in Lucedale in general is pretty pitiful. Service is always Terrible. they have no app service and then they expected me to wait for what I don't know. I imagine it cheaper to not have the app so they don't have to give the specials out. Not the first time I tried to order with app today I found out they know about it.
