Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The workers are always so friendly. The restaurant is always clean and beautifully decorated for every holiday. The food is always hot and on point I have never been disappointed in this Popeyes.

Was so excited to be in the home of Popeyes Chicken was there early to get fresh chicken not only was it not fresh they forgot my 2 pies tried to go online thru the app and they straight fraud they awarded me 10 bucks to my Account for my refund I still have t seen my refund not can I get in touch with anyone. I am officially done with Popeyes

The food was great. My problem is the false advertising of their in store menu board. Claims ALL combos come with biscuit, after ordering and getting my food, have no biscuit. When asked, I'm told combos don't come with biscuit despite the menu above them and turn away from me like I'm not there after. First time in and last.

This is the second time I came to this Popeyes and something was wrong with my order. The 1st night was superbowl night I ordered a two piece spicy white meat with red beans and rice and was given two pieces of meat and 4 biscuits I took a picture but deleted it out my phone. Tonight I ordered the same thing and was given everything except the beans with my rice. I was given a container full of white rice only. It’s sad the we are here out of town working and are limited to be able to prep food for lunch due to living arrangements so we are left with having to eat out most of the time. It’s bothering when my order is wrong after spending my hard earned money and all I’m trying to do is get a decent meal.
