Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’ve had this issue several times so I know it’s not a one off. I have ordered macaroni & cheese and the containers always come partially filled. I feel like it’s a concerted effort to short customers. I’ve ordered from other Popeyes where the container is filled up. In addition the drum sticks were very small. They were like party wings.

Omg Nikki is the sweetest thing in there! She assist me every time I come in there and no matter what time of day it is she always have a positive attitude and seems happy to do her job! This young lady is awesome, she deserves the world! Not to mention every time I come my food taste fresh I’ve never had any problems with my food from here, everyone is so generous and works hard.

Might as well close the entire store at 10pm since that’s when you really close your worker just tries to offer me god knows how old chicken that they have left, to me like we’re kids trading candy on Halloween spent 40$ on the app to get told they have 2 thighs that’s it and tries to offer random other pieces as a substitute no fry’s either just 2 thighs maybe a small handful of bone in wings and the sound of a teenager who sounds like the idea of me getting the food I ordered is insane will not be coming back to this Popeyes location

Usually when I visit this Popeyes, I enjoy my food, and I trusted them with my food! But not anymore, Tuesday August 6th,2024 @ 12:39 pm I ordered chicken and a biscuit, takeout..when I get home and begin to eat my biscuit,I noticed something that looked like rat feces in it,so immediately I felt sick to my stomach and I was disgusted, I couldn't even eat the rest of my food,I took pictures of it and I notified Popeyes of the incident and nothing has happened,all I got was a sorry that happened to you, email from someone! I suspect that other people probably have eaten rodent feces unknowingly, I feel like I am being ignored,I wasn't even offered a refund or any rewards or anything! I'm looking into taking further action against this establishment! I'm so disappointed in Popeyes this time!

At This Point I’m Finished With Popeyes As A Whole. I Have Came To This Location Before In The Past & Was Allowed To Customize My Order With No Problems. I Used The Mobile Popeyes App To Place A Pick Up Order And Was Even Allowed To Customize It In The App. Pulled Up In The Drive Thru And Was Told To Cancel My Order Because They Could Not Honor My Customization Request. Went To The App, Tried To Get A Refund To Cancel My Order & Was Informed Through The App (Since There Is No Number To Call To Speak To A Person) That I Could Not Cancel An Order Once One Was Placed. I Relayed This Info To The Manager On Duty And Was Told That She Could Now Magically Honor My Request Since I Couldn’t Get A Refund. I Also Requested For Everything To Be Fresh, Waited 25-35 Minutes For My Food.. Got Home & They
