Nixon Library -- Central Arkansas Library System

I love going to this library, the librarian's are always so helpful! They also sell envelopes and postage stamps, which is so convenient for me! They have fresh fruit and vegetables for free in the fridge, whenever they are available, so if you have produce that you would like to donate I suggest that you take it there! I was fortunate to come across some gorgeous squash which I prepared for my dinner last night and they're so delicious! They have a lunch program for kids up to 18 as well! This library is a blessing to the community 🙏🏼 also free print outs for up to 10 pages and the fax are 25¢ each 🥳

Helpful and friendly staff. Warm and comfortable atmosphere. Offers a variety of classes including tech help. Fun place for learning, checking out books, and or movies for all age groups. Quick and simple to get ur library card, so you can use the computer or laptops. Definitely recommend, and right in the heart of Jacksonville, Arkansas off main St next to Walgreens.

Just amazing, I never feel like I'm being disappointed, and its nice to study here, the staff are also ALWAYS friendly.

Lovely Staff! Awesome place for my kids, my whole family! So much fun for free! Free kid meals! Fun activities! Even the zoo brings animals! We've struggled financially so it's been so wonderful to be able to take my kids somewhere for free fun! Movies with free popcorn! Toddler groups with singing and dancing and endless fun activities! Been taking my kids here for years! Get a schedule and see for yourself! My teen boys love their game nights and teen group!

I was impressed with the building design and the inside of the library was clean and had just a few people in there. The two women who were working there were very friendly and helpful to me. It is a shame to realize that I have been around this town for years and this is the first time I have Stepped in the library.
