Is there a reason why when you order a small or even a large Mac and cheese it looks like it’s already been eaten out of? Because why can I see the bottom of cup? Btw yall are the only location that does this because this isn’t the first times. Just saying yall already charging .40 extra cent… at least the customers can get the full serving and not an extra small when it’s already small.. 😂😂

TLDR; They poison your food when they don't like you. All of the reviews saying they are rude are 100% true. I sidebar the attitude because the food is usually pretty good. They get mad if you order too much chicken. I ordered yesterday and only ate once all day. Looking at the amount of chicken I ordered, the manager said "That's crazy" a few dozen times. The next day I am sick. I don't know what they did to my food, but I have never had this experience from eating here before. Best of luck with your decision.

Absolute trash workers. Every time I come in here this guy has been so buddy buddy to me asking how my day is and starting small conversation so why is it when my friend is in the driver seat instead he mocks how he spoke at the speaker and says we cant order online and "pull right up" (I waited at least 2 minutes which I know isn't long but not once did we complain about a wait.) I think he fails to realize if we ordered at the speaker instead of online he would've had even less time to prepare it. Nobody complained about a wait, he created a problem and escalated nothing.... I'm genuinely upset because how often he's pretended to be my buddy when im dashing. Disgusting behavior by a man child.

We were given cold fries, chicken with hair on it, undercooked chicken tenders, and a tiny bit of mac n cheese. They tried giving me a 15$ coupon to make up for it. I'll never be eating here again.

Me and my sister inlaw went to drivethru and my sister ask what’s the ghost pepper sandwich and the order taker was very rude, sounds very annoyed . We pull up to the first window and my sister asked if the person at the window is the one who took our order and she said yes that’s me , my sister asked her what did she do wrong why the “employee” need to be rude?! The employee responded oh am I? And still with the attitude. The employee who’s taking orders too jumped in and started being aggressive to us that she’s ready to fight. And she said I just give you a refund all mad. The manager took over and did not give us our money but instead apologized about the two lady that was rude. We asked the manager what are the names of those 2 employees. So it’s Mira and NayNay. Avoid this location b
