Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Food was great, chicken was crispy and pepper ranch sauce was perfect. Not a fan of fries but I'll definitely come back for the chicken. 🍽️🍗👌

I order through the app, but when I received the food, the order was incorrect. The order was in my name, and then I called popeyes to let them know that they gave me the wrong order. But the worker treat us badly and said to us that the things that were put in the bag are the things that the they told him to put in. In summary , I got an incorrect order and poor customer service.

This Popeyes location has some of the best service I've seen in any restaurant! My coworker and I ordered food and they had it ready in 2 minutes! And it looks just like the advertisements! I hope other fast food places take inspiration from these guys, and that more people come here more often.

Went here yesterday for the first time as I didn’t feel like driving to a location further out that I love. Went in the drive thru which was fast, only one car ahead of me. Food was hot and looked great. However, after biting into the chicken for some odd reason it tasted like soap, not sure if it was the oil (as it was a bit oily) or something else, but it was a very odd taste. I ended up just eating the mac and cheese, which was great. Will take the drive to my usual one next time I’m in the mood for Popeye’s.

Terrible service. I went to the drive thru to order 2 meals. When I pulled up to pay I was told there was a 15 min wait for spicy chicken I said that's fine. 30 mins later the manage came and said these were the last set of wings and I was lucky. Only to find out when I got home he sold me old wings that taste and look like they had been on the shelf ALL DAY!!! I live 20 mins away with a new born and when I tried calling the store no one would pick up.
