Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went to this Popeyes to grab a late lunch. I went through the drive thru and purchased the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The service was prompt and friendly. The only constructive criticism I could offer is when I order and say I want the sandwich only, that means I don’t want the meal. I’m also not a fan of being asked for donations when I’m stopping at a fast food joint, but maybe that’s just me. My sandwich was good, although it was probably the thinnest version of this sandwich I’ve had at any Popeyes location. Overall, I was satisfied with my decision to stop here. I entered via route 1 and from the, I was able to pull right into the drive thru lane. That was cool.

It seems that on Sundays, they partially run out of food. on one Sunday, they were out of fries and buns for sandwiches. yesterday, they were out of tenders. Kinda crazy for a Sunday night. When they have the food though, it’s usually pretty solid. Service is unremarkable, with drive thru times sometimes taking a while. Some of the staff have a thick accent, which can cause issues while ordering.

We had the worst experience at this disgusting establishment. The chicken tenders were tiny, like chicken nuggets. A 5 peice barely covered the bottom of the box. Our two large sodas were completely flat. The beans and rice were way over seasoned. And the bill was 34$ for this terrible experience. Please save yourself the trouble of visiting popeyes Groton ct

I’m not sure how hard it is to receive the correct order but it seems impossible with this location. Twice in the past 2 days I have ordered spicy tenders and made them repeat it to me twice to make sure it was spicy and they said it was. Only to leave and it be regular both times. They know what they are doing and being lazy. It’s so annoying and ridiculous.

This location used to be able to be counted on as good. As of late, horrible. The terrible response to mobile orders and the overall management of the kitchen and counter areas is horrible. I've put in a mobile order arrived a little past the time it was supposed to be ready and not even started. And then told i had to take spicy chicken in the place of the mild I had actually ordered. Total incompetency. The place needs new management and new workers.
