HORRIBLE I went in during the last few minutes before it closed and had a coupon for two sandwiches two sides and 2 drinks and they gave me everything but my two sides and when I went back they refused to give it to me bc they were closed didn’t bother even coming to the door to talk just completely ignored. I paid 14 plus tax for what I wanted and they did not give me everything I expect them to give me the rest of the food that was missing. Horrible service. Never going here again

EVERY single time I have ordered from this location it sucks. How are the servers looking at an order and forgetting things? Is it so hard to put napkins and utensils in a bag? Is it so hard to double check that you added the ranch that comes with the wings into the bag? Is it so hard to double check that you have added the cheesecake, the apple pie or the chicken sandwich?!!!! The service is horrible and I will never be ordering from this location again.

I placed a pickup order 30 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. On top of that, I was told I would need to wait another 15 minutes. That completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. There was no apology or sense of urgency from the staff. Very frustrating experience and poor service. I won’t be returning to this location.

“CRUNCH”“CHOMP”， The crisp sound of the fried golden chicken skin when biting into it, and the sound of the chicken juice spurting out, as soon as you hear this sinful sound, even if you don't smell the fragrance in front of the computer, just hearing the sound will make you drool.

Don't recommend going inside. I waited 30 minutes for chicken. No apology and didnt even get my biscuit. I recommend only drive thru as those customers were getting served.
