09/2025 UPDATE They “changed the concept”. It is now like a deli but with the same name?? I will never return. So sad as this was my fav spot in Encore. Gross PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Love, love, love Cheese Meet Wine at Encore. Ayuob , Pete, Richie, and KC always take great care of us. Everything is always fresh and tastes delicious. The wine selection is superb. It’s our favorite at Encore. Come! You won’t be disappointed. 💋

Girls night out. Dropped by here for a quick bite before some gaming. Fantastic Ital sandwich. Very well made. Perfect texture. Perfect flavor pairing. Kalamatta olives were of fine quality, you can just taste the difference, one of the best. I would have to muster the courage to ask for their source next time.

Cheese Meet Wine, an amazing place to visit for fresh charcuterie boards. Cheese is undeniably delicious. Always love to go there, wish it was open more than Friday and Saturday. The staff, including Peter, Richard, KC, and Ayoub, is amazing.

Last night myself and a party of 6 others had such a great experience at Cheese Meet Wine. Our waiter, Pete, was the best part of it. He was so knowledgeable about every wine and elements on the charcuterie board. He created such an immersive and elaborate experience taking us on a journey of wines through multiple regions of the world. All of which were of amazing quality and my new favorites. I also have a gluten allergy and he was so accommodating to make my own separate dish and made it a point to not take away from my tasting experience. Can’t wait to go back!

😎how many times have I been to this place? 1 👩🏻summary: The staff was short-handed, so the service was super slow. It took nearly an hour to get the fondue we ordered. Our server was professional, but not particularly friendly when answering questions about the menu. I can understand though, as he was busy. He gave us a dish with cheese, hams, and grapes, as an extra service for the delay, and charged us $9 for it. The fondue itself was good and the wine was okay. What I didn't appreciate was the server bringing us a bill without the list of items we ordered. 💁🏻‍♀️would I revisit this place? Probably not, unless they hire more staff to serve.
