The service was good although the cashier may have been over stimulates by the customers. The atmosphere was a bit rowdy but it was the customers not staff. Food wad great just too long to receive it.

My wife was picking up food for Uber was told that the system would be down until tomorrow so she was Going to place a separate order that had nothing to do with Uber and was denied service due to discrimination she was told no we r too busy And also spoke to the manager who refused to take my wife’s order I’m shocked that in this day n age and coming from a company as big as Popeyes that she would be refused service just for being the wrong skin tone… I’m definitely considering contacting an attorney

Poor Attitude. It never fails. I haven’t been to this Popeyes location in years, probably since 2017. A mix up should be accommodated with care and compassion. It wasn’t even busy inside. People are paying their hard earned money to dine here. At least act like you care. Won’t be back.

My most recent visits to this same store location have been much better than the past now that I am back to eating meat again. The service and food were both good. Why are you advertising fish if you don't have it? This is the second time I've gone there and they don't have fish plus, the staff are scattered, slow and they're just very unorganized. Well, they finally have the fish sandwiches back after checking here for 2 years in a row. The flavor was good, its wasn't hot though, the service was fast and they need to clean up the seating area.

When I arrived, there was no cars in the drive through and I let them know I had a mobile order. My order wasn’t ready and they asked me to pull over to the side. I sat there for 20 minutes and still no food. Keep in mind I only ordered a 2 piece combo and a tender combo. I had to go inside to get my lukewarm food with no apologies for the wait.
