Fred's Water Ice

Prices are crazy. Yes everything is going up and I get it. I run a business of my own. At the same time, they down sized the cups. Makes no since. Now charge for debit. SMH. They should have kept the same size cups for water ice. Just increase the price a little.

I got a Gelati today and it was horrible! I go here all the time and I have to say i am very disappointed to say this was my worst experience every. The water ice has a weird after taste and has ice chips in it, and it also had some type of small seeds in it. The ice cream tasted so expired. I expected better from Fred’s but i am sad to say this might be the last time I will be going there.

I have known Fred for a long time, he is a great guy. I absolutely love his water ice and his pretzels are always fresh.

Poor customer service. Pretzels are never fresh. They put very little cheese on the Pretzels. I don't recommend this place

All I know is the strawberry lemonade, lemon and blueberry be touching the SPOT! Pretzels are always fresh. Lines are never long annd the workers behind the counter are always friendly.
