Always loved going here; now, I usually frequent the Primos Library in Secane since June 2023 and sometimes Ridley Township in Folsom…

Today my son and I attended a workshop with Mrs. Susan (I got her name once so please forgive me if it’s wrong) but she was so nice to me and my son she walked us through on how to make yarn dolls, octopus and spider out of yarn. My son really enjoyed his time at the library and most of all he is still enjoying his yarn doll, octopus and spider. Thank you again for a great time.

Looks great after State Representative Mary Gay Scanlon help get it's needed repairs. A lot more help for the handicap now more than ever. Love coming here when my kids were little and rent kids early educational learning VHS tapes when they were tots and I had lots of memories when I was a kid with my grandmother and I had many more after when growing up and also when my kids were growing up. If they don't have the book your looking for you can look up the library that does and have sent over not too long of a wait. It might take lesser than 3 days tops. Nice peaceful quiet environment and not too far from SEPTA bus transportation center and the trolley Darby Loop that goes in and out of South West Philly and under ground into center city Philadelphia and excetra. We LOVE this library. The small staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and they love to see my daughter coming! She is an avid reader that reads and comprehends beyond her years, and they encourage her to do great things.

Very small and cramped. Loud atmosphere. Nowhere to spread out and work. Was told by a worker that the only outlet where I could plug up my computer was in the children's section (baby chairs and tables). Overall, not a good experience. Will stick with Lansdowne or downtown.
