Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was good and the customer service was very good. My problem is with the directions. It would be extremely helpful if it was mentioned that this was located INSIDE A MALL at the FOODCOURT. Being new to the area and very directionally challenged, it took me forever to figure out. On top of this, I'm also handicapped and wound up walking so much to finally get to the food. By the time I picked it up I was extremely fatigued, short of breath, and in a lot of pain. I'm glad the food warms up easily because I couldn't eat it for quite awhile. If it were not for the exceptionally kind service and empathetic response to my situation, I would have given this location a much less positive review but truly the food was very good and once I relaxed and calmed down I enjoyed it very much. Order took 30 minutes after they lost the ticket. Couldn’t get the drink order right even immediately after being told. Ranch dressing packets were spoiled. Will not be returning.

This place was awful, ordered the fnaf deluxe box and they gave me a frozen cupcake, cold food and the employees gave me dirty looks just for being there. I'll take the 15 minute drive to the next nearest one if I want popeyes

The worker stated she was unable to replace the food because they had no marinade chicken.

We ordered garlic Parmesan “boneless wings”, and got tiny, cold, plain chicken nuggets. We tried calling to get resolution, but no one answered after several attempts. We left a voicemail, and never got a call back.
