Overall, the customer service is dependable and makes the restaurant a nice place to stop and eat.
I live in a pretty central location to Seminary/Collins, Petal, and Hattiesburg and have several Popeyes options among those locations. I ONLY go to the Collins one. I've had the best experience here as far as customer service and food quality. Be sure to order via the app to get the best deals! It's actually way cheaper that way!
I just went there today and whatever they are doing they finally got it going on. Hopefully it will stay. It was fast, hot and friendly atmosphere.
Customer service was excellent. Also, I didn’t have to wait long on my order. My food was fresh and everyone was very respectful and professional. Very good environment
This Popeyes is the best Popeyes Ive ever been to. Staff was awesome. Food was the amazing. Biscuits were so good and buttery. This location will definitely stay in my rounds when traveling Hwy 49
