Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We ordered on the app. When we got there our food wasn't ready. We parked out front waiting 20 minutes before I decided to walk in. Our food was sitting on the counter now cold. After touching them to show them our fried pickles were replaced right after he poured out our touched cold ones right back into the tray of the fresh ones. Their trash is always full, our food came in a plastic grocery like bag. Getting back into the car double checking the bag to find out the red beans and rice was missing. So driving back around thru the drive thru for them to tell us "We don't have any". So we substituted. Then getting home to find out I had 2 bottom buns for my sandwich. This place has really been going down hill.

Very very disappointed. We ordered 2 orders of the 12 piece wing combo. The only thing good was the cokes. The fries were cold when we got them, said something the kid said they just cooked them they can't be. The wings both orders were way over cooked and no seasoning on them see below pics of very dry over cooked chicken. For paying over 36.00 this should have been way better. I will be contacting the cooperate office as they need to get better training to that location and need to fix these issues before they end up closing do to no customers when the issues can be fixed.

I usually love this restaurant but going through the drive thru last night the food was not great and the young employee were not there to do there job they are kind of rude not personable they do not use any hand hygiene. They will touch your money or your bank card. They will touch their touch screen to pay and then they will go prepare your food. It is not a friendly or clean environment. Hope that it gets better in the future.

This will definitely be my last time at this Popeyes. I've tried not write a bad review or contact the owner via email for the sake of the employees, but I spent too much money for a lunch that I couldn't eat. For my to-go order, I ordered a large red beans and rice, two spicy breasts and two spicy wings for nearly $19. The red beans and rice barely had enough beans to call it such. The rice looked as of it was old because the rice around the rim was discolored and hard. But the absolute worst was the smell from the beans and rice. It smelled almost putrid! I decided I didn't want to get sick so I didn't even attempt to taste it since I couldn't get the smell out of my nostrils. Waited over 30 minutes for an order I placed online for pickup. Everytime I come into this location, they forget something, the chicken isn't cooked thoroughly, or it's a long wait. And the service is always rude. The lady at the front counter usually ignores everyone coming into the lobby because she's too busy on her phone. She will literally scowl at incoming customers (it's not just me, I've watched her treat other customers with the same crappy demeanor). The least they could do is greet their customers coming in, they won't even do that. They just look at you like you've interrupted something. The bathrooms are disgusting, look like they haven't been cleaned all day. The lobby is just as trashed. The food was okay. Problem being is they forgot to drop the chicken wings for our ord
