Arby's

I stopped at this location after a long shift at work. Pulling into the drive thru at t-minus minutes to closing, I felt bad for being one of those late-night last-minute customers. I apologized and placed my order. Staff could not have been nicer! A short friendly conversation at the window and I was on my way. I won't comment on the food or atmosphere, I didn't go inside, but everything I could see was clean and tidy. The food doesn't get a comment because, like come on people, it is fast food after all. It satisfied my craving for a roast beef sandwich, nuf said. The crew is why I'm leaving a comment, after a long day late at night they were gracious and friendly and that deserves recognition.

We pulled into the drive-through around 5 p.m. on a Saturday. There was no one in the drive-through and maybe two cars in the parking lot. When we ordered our food, the guy taking our order rushed us and said, "I'll have your total at the window." We pulled up, and he had the window open. We could hear the guy who took our order yelling and rolling his eyes/shaking his head at the other employees. We assumed he was the manager. He then came to the window told us what we owed and gave us our order. We looked in the bag and we were missing our fries. He walked away and we sat there waiting for someone to come back to the window. He came back, and I said, "We are missing our fries." He said, "You never ordered fries!" Got there at 6pm on a Friday, got to the speaker, and they asked for a moment before I ordered. I waited about 10 min before actually getting to order. then I waited forever before and at the window. By the time I got my food, 30 full mins passed since I had gotten there. Which I get it can be busy. But the entire time, it just seemed like everyone was goofing off. I did finally get my food, but they forgot my ranch and au jus for the French dip. Then when I was leaving the kid who handed me my food, he just stood out the window, staring at me as I was leaving, and posing with his arms crossed and hands on his shoulder as if he was Dracula rising from his coffin. Idk it feels like every time I go to this Arby's, nothing is taken seriously.

Ruben was perfect. Steak bites were absolutely unsatisfactory. The advertisement should DEFINITELY SAY SMOKEY!!!! I cannot stand fake smoke and it's EXTREMELY ABUNDANT in these steak bites. As soon as I pulled the container out of the bag, ALL I could smell was fake smoke. They were not tender and the employees did not even fill my bowl with Mac and cheese!! I was definitely robbed! And too top it all off, the Mac and cheese was old and dry!!!!

Drive thru experience wasn’t great. Messed up our drink order and didn’t realize they shorted us a sandwich until we got home. Plus the other sandwiches were cold. Clearly no one cared to make sure the orders were correct prior to giving to customer. Do better!!
