Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I don't go to Popeyes for the service, nor the atmosphere. Yes, it's can be easily up to $20 for a 3 or 4 chicken piece combo. I don't make a great deal of money, so once in a while I will treat myself, because it's such great food when you get what you paid for. Tonight, was not a lucky night for me. I was given semi warm, drier, and smaller pieces. I called and they can't do anything and then started 'mocking' me about calling the chicken as it was. I don't think she understood how dumb she sounded. 100% this is not over. I don't know why can't people just do the right thing. I will be in contact with Popeyes customer service at the highest level. Funny, never received a receipt... Check your food before you leave!!!!!

The woman working the drive-thru wouldn't take my phone to scan for the app. She then told the other guy that I didn't offer my phone and he told me I needed to offer my phone next time. If they're scanner doesn't work to scan at the window then they need to fix that or train their employees appropriately. And then both chicken sandwiches were cold. They really need to train people how to use this app though because it's pouring rain and handing your phone over to a stranger really doesn't sound like a good way to get discount on chicken

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. We were told it would be a 10-minute wait, which ended up being longer, despite there being only one or two other cars. When we finally got our food, it was dry, hard, and tasted stale. On top of that, our order was missing an entire chicken sandwich meal and my fries, and my drink was filled with ice after I specifically requested no ice. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon, not during a rush. Paying full price and receiving barely half an order is unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

Ordered online at 5:30 for a pick up at 6pm. Got there at 6:05. At the drive through they told me they were still working on it and "it'd be easier on us if you could come in to get it". Ok, no problem. The guy cooking the chicken was visibly irritated at having to cook 8 pieces of chicken. Isn't that your job? Had to wait 30 minutes for our food. Chicken was pink in the middle. Hope I don't get sick. No apologies for the wait or thank you for coming inside. Oh, and they wanted me to pay a 60 cent upgrade for the Popeyes brand lemonade. They could have at least let that go. Ridiculous. Btw, no one was eating inside. One person was waiting for their food to go. Four people working and they couldn't get this order done in an hour. We had an 8 pc chicken dinner, two tender combos, one sandwic

Only been about 2 times that I can remember. But went today. Frys were good but seems like the oil could be changed, had a older grease taste to it amd kinda darker fries at 1130am. Also got boneless and they forgot to give me ranch so I had to wait till I got home 2 hours later to eat.
