The food is definitely above average and they get an A+ for innovation. It is so nice to see these keto options available, and the customer service is fantastic. We got the food for takeout, and it kept together really well. The prices are a bit high, but I still think they have good value. It is in a nice location downtown that is easy to find and get to. If you want to try something different and unique, you will want to stop by and grab a bite.
Great lunch—we ordered the lasagna, meat loaf, brussels, and amazing chocolate cupcake. All keto—delicious and super low carb. Really charming owners and COVID safe. All cooked to order. Coming back next week.
The person that helped us was very friendly and welcoming. They have a variety of healthy food that tastes very good, you could not tell it was Keto. We had the Chai Latte, Salmon, Brownie and Cheesecake - ALLLLLLL VERY GOOD!
Cauliflower Risotto, Brussel sprouts, and the salmon were amazing. Great place when you have dietary restrictions- loved the gluten free choices. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the menu items.
All gluten free as mentioned and great friendly staff. The portions were very filling and everything we had was tasty. Definitely great for celiacs!
