Man listen… Popeyes was on point fr. Food came out hot, crispy, seasoned right no shortcuts. Service was smooth, everybody showed love, but Elijah? That man the star of the show. Kept it respectful, quick, and made sure everything was right like he actually cared. Whole vibe was solid. If you come here, hope Elijah working. 5 stars easy. 🐔🔥

I don’t normally write reviews for fast food but they were so polite, clean, and the food was spot on. They checked on us to make sure we were doing well and if we needed anything. Just want them to know they are appreciated!

Whoever was in charge of the food at 8:30 pm needs to be fired. I went in and got a 2 can dine meal and they give me a meal with 2 legs that are less than half the size they should be and a thigh with absolutely no meat and the parts that did have meat were completely dry. Walked in and asked for another piece of chicken and the lady working said "that's how they are". I use to work at Popeyes and no they should not look like that

I expected the lines to be long as it's a new store. Started off in the drive thru line but saw faster service would happen if I went in. Ordered a 5 piece tenders with mashed potatoes, Mac & cheese, and biscuit. Seemed like they didn't fill the side containers and did shorted scoops. Tenders were good but not fresh. Was a little disorganized, bathrooms didn't have toilet paper, front area had misc stuff scatter near drinking area and order area.

I wanted to bring an ongoing issue to your attention regarding third-party delivery orders. Today, I placed the same 5-piece tender meal order through both DoorDash and UberEats. When DoorDash delivered my order, the receipt showed a lower charge and the tenders were missing. I called the store, and I was told the order only showed sides and a drink on your end, not the full 5-piece meal. Because of this, I submitted the same order through UberEats. Before the order was prepared, I called to confirm what came through. Once again, it only showed sides and a drink. The employee I spoke to agreed to add the tenders manually. The issue isn’t the individual mistake — it’s that both platforms are sending incomplete meal details to your location. This means customers will continue receiving in
