Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I've always been a fan of Popeye's food, it's the service that has been poor in the past. For the last few months, I have been going to a particular location in Alachua, Florida. All I can say is what a difference! The crew there is always friendly and if there's a problem with the order, management always takes care of it right away. And that's all I ask for as a customer. I used to go to a well known hamburger joint, but now this is my first choice for lunch when I'm out. And it really is the people and the service that I get. The mardi gras midday savings is also helpful, but that alone wouldn't keep me ciming to them. The people that serve you and their attitudes matter. That's why I say this particular Popeye's location should be the model store for all the rest.

Stopped today, 1/25/26,around lunchtime. I never go to Popeyes because both of the ones close to me are lacking to say the least. I was headed to Gville and had to pass right by this one so I decided to give it a shot. I am so glad that I did! The customer service at the drive-thru ( very nice young lady and a gentleman, possibly a manager) was fabulous! And the food was absolutely delicious. Had the spicy tenders and mashed potatoes w/gravy. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

Hands down the best Popeyes in Alachua County, and not just because it’s the newest. It’s clean, calm, and the staff is courteous. The manager Sheniqua has a genuinely sweet spirit and I could tell she sets the tone for the place. Before I had to ask she let me know (with a smile and calm demeanor) they were waiting for chicken so my mobile order wasn’t quite ready. I almost didn’t care how long it took because the atmosphere was so pleasant. When my order was finally ready the chicken was hot and fresh, the order was accurate down to the condiments, and they even threw in 2 extra biscuits for the wait (I didn’t even have to ask). I live in Gainesville but I promise I’ll drive to Alachua when I want Popeyes. The store in Gainesville is straight out of hell compared to this one.

I love that chicken from Popeyes. Popeyes in Alachua is my favorite of all the Popeyes in Alachua County. The food is amazing the crew members. All three managers are warming and welcoming. The managers treat my family and I as we were family. They are polite and understanding the atmosphere is the best I've seen so far is clean and the bathrooms are clean. Most of all we are always happy going to Popeyes.

Every time I visit this location, usually around 2:00 p.m. during my lunch break, I have an outstanding experience. The two gentlemen who typically work the front when I come in are consistently pleasant and professional. One wears an orange polo, and the other usually wears a black button-down shirt, who I believe may be the shift lead. When I say their customer service is top-notch, I truly mean it. They always greet me as soon as I enter the restaurant, genuinely engage with customers, and make an effort to upsell every time, which honestly works more often than I would like to admit. Management should absolutely appreciate that level of initiative. My food is always fresh, and they regularly check on me while I am dining. They have even gone so far as to remember my name from my orde
