I attend the stitch and chat group on Friday afternoons and it has become a highlight of my week. Jessica is wonderful, and all of the ladies who attend are the sweetest. If you haven’t had a chance to come, we would love to have you. Not to leave out the rest of the staff! Everyone has always been so incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for all you do for the community.

What a wonderful little library. A great area for kids. Great collections of movies and print and audio books. A nice quiet getaway from the summer heat. A quiet study area. 2 reading coves with view of a little garden. About 10 or so computers to use. I really like the computer desk setup that allows privacy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Alachua County Library in Alachua is an absolute gem! Every staff member I’ve met has been kind, patient, and always willing to help — from printing forms to answering questions. Truly an outstanding community resource!

I'm a student at the nearby high school. I go the library at least once a week. I joined a book club and it's really enjoyable. The staff there is really kind, last year Jessica introduced me to a man who got me into poem righting. Sammie is the leader of most activities at the library and makes my time there really enjoyable. A volunteer there named Aaliyah is sweet and helpful and is wonderful with kids. Ross is almost always there and is fun to talk to. The library has become a family for me, and I really appreciate what they do there. The library isn't just a place for books it's also a place for printing, doing homework, meetings, fun activities, going on the computer. In the summer a few teens I know would walk to the library and play on the computers together and sometimes participa
